Shipping Policy
All retail items are processed within 3-5 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or mishandled during shipping. We recommend using an insured courier service.
Return & Exchange Policy
No Refunds, Only Exchanges: All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect your items upon delivery. If there is an issue with your order, contact us immediately at hello@teetwhiteningbeautybar.com to request an exchange authorization.
Original Packaging Required: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and used products are non-returnable.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot refund shipping or handling charges on exchanged items.
Allow up to three weeks for processing after we receive your return.
Exchange Confirmation: Once your exchange is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with credit or replacement details.
How to Process an Exchange
Email us at hello@teetwhiteningbeautybar.com to request a return authorization.
Once your exchange is authorized, securely pack the item in its original packaging.
